We are the premier mixed martial arts school here in the Northwest, offering the following arts: - Muay Thai kickboxing (we are the WA representative of the Thai Boxing Association) - Savate (French kickboxing) - STX (Savate-Thai-Xtraining) - CSW/MMA (Combat Submission Wrestling which combines grappling arts such as Brazilian jiu-jitsu, shooto, catch-as-catch-can, sambo, wrestling, Greco-Roman, and judo) - JKD/Jun Fan (the art of Bruce Lee, under the direct lineage of Dan Inosanto) - Kali/Pangamut/Panantukan/Silat (Filipino and Indonesian arts specializing in stick and blade arts, as well as empty hand) Our classes offer a great workout without the "meat head" mentality and no "weirdness" associated with some martial art classes -- great for beginners, as well as the most advanced martial artist or professional fighter.
