Hello! I really wanted your house to be clean after my presence. Instead of 5 hours, which your application suggested, I spent 8. It was my mistake. There was no need to wash the walls in the whole house and in the bathrooms, it took 3 times more time if I had chosen 2 rooms that were in the application, and you did not warn that they would not need to be cleaned only when I arrived. Secondly, I really forgot about our correspondence, where they asked only about the microwave, windows, baseboards and oven. Before finishing the work, I opened your application without looking at our correspondence. It was my mistake. I am trying to correct this and calculate a new bill. What we have: Your application 525$ -25 laundry -40 refrigerator -40 cabinets (although I washed them) = $420 Tax. $42 Total: $462 You paid me $450 (Without paying an extra 12$) Despite the fact that I spent 3 hours more with you than I was supposed to, and without extra charges!
