Andrey and his crew were fantastic partners for our complex flooring project. We recommend them to anyone looking for a holistic partner for their project who does high quality work. Full disclosure, we initially didn't go with Navy Development for our project based on price. We went with another contractor who was cheaper, and through their incredibly poor quality work and damage to our home we learned the true cost of going with a cheaper option. If we could do it again, we would have gone with Andrey and his crew from the start. Our favourite part about working with Navy Development was that they treated our home like their own. When they found issues in our subfloor they didn't try to just build on top of it; they told us the problem, provided potential options, and gave a recommendation of what they would do if it was their home. Through this process we ended up not just getting our flooring replaced, but reinforced our joists, added insulation and subfloor, and even moved a vent. This pushed out the timeline and made scheduling difficult for Andrey I'm sure, but they were focused on getting the work done right regardless of timeline. The other thing we appreciated was how many additional professionals Andrey has connected us with. From HVAC, to drywall, to painters, Andrey has introduced us to a variety of folks who have done work at a similarly high level of quality. This allowed us to expand what we could do with our renovation and have a more holistic experience. Finally, we appreciated how Navy Development addressed the concerns we brought up. The number of issues was small, but Andrey always made the time to hear our concerns and provide recommended solutions. 9 times out of 10 Andrey agreed with our assessment and worked with his crew to fix it right away, which we really appreciated. If you want to pay a bit less and risk stressing over your floors, damage to your home, and solving problems with limited skill sets, you might want to go a different direction. But if you want a holistic partner who will bring you along, build with quality for the long term, and introduce you to other great professionals, you should give Navy Development a call. We know we will!

Andrey and his team did an amazing job with my floors and trim. They were the most reasonable out of all four bids. They are fast, professional, and extremely talented.
