Dean was an absolute godsend. We are Working class family of five children during a recession. The major companies all wanted to replace my entire unit that was only a few years old. Dean was very responsive and showed up when he said he was going to and was not out to screw us. He found the problem swiftly and replaced the fan motor at a reasonable price and saved us thousands. It was winter. We were just not gonna have heat. We don’t have that kind of money. Bless you heatwaves.

Dean was very professional and quick to get my system working again. My heat pump stopped working, Dean found the problem in a timely manner, and fixed it the same day. He even took the time to explain how my system works and what to look out for in the future. Heatwave will most definitely will be my choice for heating needs in my future!
