- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing and the most standing discounts than any other plumbing operation in the area. From military and veterans to union members, seniors, single parents, and more. We believe in investing in our community and our pricing practices reflect that core value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our lead plumber will have a brief call with the customer to get a sense of what is going on. From there a plumber will be dispatched to inspect the issue and provide the customer with a no obligation quote. We believe in transparency, so all our customers are provided information to reach both owners and our lead plumber in the event they have any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Genipher has degrees in business, law, and human resources. Mike served five years in the military and went on to complete a plumbing apprenticeship, after which he earned his plumbing license. In addition, Mike has pursued numerous career education opportunities while leading plumbing departments throughout his career.
