I’m Kevin, and my assistant Handypup is Barley. He doesn’t usually help me on job sites, instead helps mom keep things running smoothly on the business end at home. Kevin was great from the start. He communicated quickly and professionally to set up the appointment. He was punctual the day of. He did the things on my list well, he was respectful of property and did not leave a mess. His fee was more than fair and I plan on using him again in the very near future. I hired Kevin to install a replacement floodlight security cam. I am very happy I did and I highly recommend him for any jobs you may have. Kevin was punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and easy to work with. He went over what needed to be, answered all my questions and got my agreement before starting the work. He uninstalled the old floodlight carefully so that there was no damage to my property and installed the new one, again carefully , making sure that the seals were tight, but not too tight. He carefully explained to me what I needed to do to get the security cam to work and did extensive troubleshooting and determined that my wifi signal was weak and made recommendations on the wifi boosters I will need to get it working. He offered to come back and help me troubleshoot when I buy the wifi extender/ signal booster. Kevin has excellent customer service skills that helped me feel at ease and for me.
