- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to previous negative circumstances, I do require a deposit before beginning work now. My fees and the deposit are extremely reasonable and are dependent on the type of project and amount of time it will take as to whether it will be a flat fee, or a per-word/per-page fee. I have done discounts in the past, again, it is dependent upon the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the project and what is expected of me, paying special attention to any ghostwriting that is requested. Agreeing to the project by both parties constitutes a contract between us. A written contract can be provided if you wish. Once the deposit is made, the work will begin. I will keep you apprised of the progress and will ask questions as they come up. can provide a copy of the edited document as we go long if need be. Once the edits are approved, I can move on further into the project. Full payment must be received prior to sending the final manuscript to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a course in writing from Writer’s Digest School of Writing. I am a published author and continue to write in my spare time.
