- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a buyers agent is free to my clients! I don't get paid until we find a house and a deal closes. My commission is paid through the seller. Commission rates are negotiable for someone looking to sell their home. •$750 cash back for buyers at closing when you use my preferred lender. •4.75% commission rate for sellers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients in person over coffee or tea and find out their needs and wants and real estate goals. I also will connect them with a rockstar lender if they are not already working with one.
