My name is Andy Le, and I am the proud owner of Rx: Omakase, a business I started in March 2024 to share my passion for Edomae-style Japanese sushi with some modern twists. My recent omakase experience was nothing short of spectacular! Each piece was crafted with incredible precision, but the true stars of the evening for me were the Chutoro and Kinki Nigiri. Andy was awesome! Very funny and considerate. The fish was absolutely amazing in both taste and presentation. Lastly, no way could I ever get omakase at such great value elsewhere. Would 10/10 recommend!
