- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My design process begins with a free 30-minute video call to understand your project goals and preferences. After that, I send a detailed questionnaire and, if applicable, schedule a site visit for full-service projects. This information helps me create a tailored design fee estimate. Once we've discussed and agreed upon the estimate, you'll receive a contract and need to pay a retainer to start the design process. I typically deliver a design presentation within 2-3 weeks for a single room, but the timeline can vary based on project complexity. You'll receive regular updates throughout. After the design presentation, we'll discuss materials and selections, and I'll make revisions based on your feedback. Once the design is finalized, I'll work with contractors to create a project schedule and oversee the construction process. Finally, I'll handle the installation and styling, ensuring your space is ready for the big reveal. I'll also provide a walkthrough and professional photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Certificate in Interior Design from Heritage School Of Interior Design, Seattle, WA.
