Rebecca responded to my inquiry within a few hours and scheduled a walk through of my house to provide an accurate estimate. She was able to come for the walk through within a few days! She laid out all of my options with pricing quotes and we scheduled next steps from there. Her team came for a first cleaning which was a deep clean. They did an amazing job! My house is literally sparkling clean. I am having the team come monthly to help me keep up with housework. The cost is very reasonable and the team was professional, punctual, and very friendly.

Rebecca was very professional to work with. She came out to look at my house, ask questions about my cleaning preferences, and explain what I should expect during my cleaning. For my cleaning, the cleaners arrived promptly and got to work, and Rebecca stopped by midway through to make sure everything was going well, which it was. Overall the cleaning was excellent and at a fair price. I'll be happy to use Lopez Cleaning again.

The house smells so good and sparkles! Rebecca and her team cleaned from top to bottom - even every light fixture, sliding glass doors, switches, door knobs and the stainless in the kitchen was amazing! And did forget to mention the missing cobwebs around the front entry? This was a surprise gift for my sister - who used to professionally clean houses - and she couldn't find any area they missed. You will not be disappointed if you give Rebecca a call - she fit us in on the only day we had available, she kept in touch and texted us her arrival time the day before and she arrived at that time. This was my first professional found on Thumbtack and I was not disappointed. Give Rebecca a call!

Rebecca and her team are fantastic! Definitely the most thorough cleaning job we've had in our house. Ever. First I have a 3 person team, I have licensed and insurance I always like to know the square foot of the house based on that a give an estimate and can always offer a DISCOUNT
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always introduce my self and my company, when I receive a call from a new costumer I explain all what my service included, after that if it’s what they looking for I set up an appointment to meet in person each other and walk around the house and give them an a FREE estimate.
