If its possible not to give any starts that's what this business deserves. Their furniture smells so bad, we had to burn candles and leave the windows open for couple of days in the middle of winter to get the smell out. But that's just the smell part. He didn't supply me with any contract as many times as I asked him. He set up a bed in my huge bedroom in a 3/4 million worth house on Home Depot buckets. And put a full size plywood on the plastic buckets. No headboard, none of the colors matching anywhere. No design knowledge at all!!! Any home assessor come to the house with the furniture he supplied would have valued my house at least 100K less. And i am being modest. I would not trust any of the 5 star reviews he “put” in his profile. And the arrogance to offer me $20 refund plus apology just beyond any of the words i can write about him. The stress he put me under at the last minute of not having a stagger for my house and canceling the photographer left me drained for days and months. He did not still refund my money. Thumbtack will get at least a few lawsuits coming to them as long as this person still tries to operate as a stagger. Please run and stay away from this business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer referral discounts! Also after the first 6 weeks there is a weekly rate assessed per bid, usually around $100-200/wk Payment is due at the time of install. We do not offer refunds
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect as much info as possible. Usually a site visit is the best way for us to understand the exact needs of the job. From there, the one fee includes setup, remaining for up to six weeks, and then take down.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up, Robert’s father worked in real estate since the late 90’s, while he himself has real estate staging experience since 2015
