FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair and straightforward. No hidden fees, no surprises. The cost depends on the size of the job, materials needed, and how much time it’ll take. For bigger projects, I’m always open to discussing a deal that works for both of us. At the end of the day, I want you to feel like you’re getting quality work for a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple. First, I’ll come out to take a look at what you need, listen to your ideas, and figure out the best way to get it done. Then I’ll give you a clear estimate—no fluff, just the facts. Once we agree on the details, I’ll get to work and keep you updated along the way until the job’s done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and insured contractor but most of what I’ve learned comes from years of hands-on experience. I’ve been in the field for over 15 years, working on all sorts of projects, learning the ins and outs of what works and what doesn’t. You can’t beat real-world experience when it comes to this kind of work.
