Joe installed five can-less lights in an otherwise unlit ceiling that has drastically enhanced the coziness and usability of our space. He did electrical and drywall repair/painting in one smooth package. He was always punctual, very communicative and very friendly. Further, he’s the only person I’ve met so far who is able to seamlessly patch our heavy (read: 1970’s) knockdown texture. He even went the extra mile and bought some extra paint that we needed (at no extra charge), when I told him I would supply all the paint. PAINT IS STILL WET IN THE PICTURE. I was just too excited to wait to leave the review.

I hired Joe to replace two bathroom ventilation fans. Even though it was last minute, he responded very quickly and was able to come in within two days. I asked lots of questions and bought my own fans, and he was professional throughout. Quoted me a fair price upon checking. We had a bit if a schedule change but he was transparent. The job was done in time and a lot quicker than I thought. There was a bit of an issue after the job and I called him back to make a fix. He didn't raise a fuss and promptly offered to come back with no additional fees. I appreciated his professionalism throughout! You can trust this guy! Good luck with your new baby Joe!

Joe installed new wiring and a floodlight security camera at our condo complex. He was very patient and continued to be responsive even when the Condo board took longer to approve the project than I anticipated it would take. He answered all sorts of questions form our board as well. Would hire Joe again in a flash!

The quality of work was good. Communication was great, but showed up over 30 min late. I provided all materials and they worked for 2 hours and yet the cost was $650. I do not believe that charging $325/hr is fair and I’m not happy about it.

Hi Cameron, thanks for honest review, I believe it was pair there’s also a scope of work that needed to be done demolition, hauling and dumping the garbage, which cost atlis $50 for garbage itself preparation, installation, finishing and cleaning, if you think 2 hours of work is not fair to what I charged you sorry about that but like I said before you approved the work or hire me I don’t take my time and don’t waste no time I work fast with care and quality. ;) your not paying my hourly rate but your paying my decade of experience with this industry.
