We hired Dave for a remodel on our newly purchased condo unit in Seattle. We wanted to demo and redo an existing master closet area, update/replace the kitchen and bathroom countertops and finishes, tile an accent wall, replace the flooring and paint the unit. This was a high-rise condo and we had to deal with the HOA and property management, which added some complicating factors and had us change plans a few times.Overall the job went well, outside of some supply issues we had related to COVID issues. These supply issues did cause some schedule delays but they were outside of Dave's control and he was responsive and helpful where he could be. He was was quick to respond to texts/emails, and when we had consistent works setup his crew was timely most days. We had a few tricky situations with the countertops (subbed out), and the HOA rules, but we were able to clear most of those quickly, and when we ran into a few complaints from neighbors (noise) Dave adjusted quickly. Through all those snags we ended being really happy with the results outside of a few nits on final items as we tried to finish out quickly.Dave and crew did a good job of keeping the unit fairly tidy during the job and the floor, backsplash and kitchen cabinets especially were high quality. He also stayed inside the quoted budget (outside our own material choices/changes) and I think had we not had any supply issues we would have finished on time. Overall we'd go with Dave again for future work.

We had a great experience with Builder Gorilla, they were super professional and always followed up with questions they had, any issues that may have come up, etc. They were knowledgeable and always transparent about what was happening with the project. They finished our kitchen project in a very timely manner and it looks great! Would highly recommend them.

We are so impressed with Builder Gorilla LLC who helped us with remodeling our kitchen. Dave was so patient and thoughtful listening to all our requests - created a plan, gave us all our options, gave us a time frame and kept us updated throughout the project. Builder Gorilla's team that worked in our home were friendly, professional, and I really appreciated their focus and attention to detail. Every step of their work was absolutely perfect, they gave us the kitchen exactly as we requested. We strongly recommend Builder Gorilla LLC, as we are so happy every time we step into our kitchen! They are the best in Home Improvement!

You will be provided very detailly broken down comprehensive estimate. All line items are our promises to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy. We meet and listen to you. Based on our discussion, you will receive your detailed estimate in DocuSign. We will handle all permit and special orders for you. Depending on it, we will schedule the project start date. Keep work progressing, keep customer happy, keep your home clean during construction, communication is key, completion is the goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of unique skills sets. We have super energetic young guys with good hearth and 2 years experience, we have too cautions with 20 years experience, we have former office desk worker suddenly loves to accomplish physical objects, we have demo man, we have marketing guru.
