- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not the lowest or the highest. It reflects quality. It’s better to get it done right the first time then cheaply twice. It is true that you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process looks like this: First, after reviewing project details with customer on site we deliver a professionally written estimate within 24 hours. Second, once us and customer come to an agreement a written contract is sign. Third, project is started and the customer is given a completion date. Lastly, once project is complete upon customer satisfaction final payments are made. Throughout the whole process customer will be updated about everything going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have 7+ years of experience in the construction remodeling industry. Each company member has there own specialty weather its plumbing, electrical or painting. So you will be having true professional working on your project!
