- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company approaches pricing a little differently than other companies. We offer a VIP Monthly Dog Walking Membership Program which allows clients to prepay for monthly dog walks at a flat, discounted rate. Instead of losing a walk when clients cancel , we extend the length of future walks to make up the time. We also offer an early bird rate for weekly dog walks: Five 30-minute walks for 2 dogs M-F starting between 8:00-9:30am for $75/week
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a prospect calls, we ask questions about the dogs to find out if we might be the best fit. If we aren't, we'll refer to another company we network with. If both parties feel we are a good fit, we schedule a complimentary meeting so the prospect can meet the walker and the walker can meet the dogs. A
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees have completed a two hour pet first aid/cpr training through Pro Pet Hero.
