- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a complicated pricing system. We charge a flat rate and there are no hidden costs. We simply provide our standard rate for a standard service. If the customer has special needs or requests then the price may go up depending on the situation. This is all discussed in our inital meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with them on the phone and get a good idea of what it is they are looking for and what they expect. I then let them know what services I provide. In most cases what I provide is exactly what they are looking for. On occasion they have an off the wall request. I research it and get back to them with my findings. They then make a decision to meet with me in person and we further go over the intricate details of the event. They then secure the date with a retainer and we move forward from there and continue the planning process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do a lot of research on equipment, attend conventions and tradeshows. We research what reviews are being provided with other companies and look at the good and the bad. This helps to fine tune what is trending.
