Contacted Expert Home Constructions for a wood rot on the trim of one of the posts in my porch. Their quote was slightly expensive (~100) than the other contractors, but I would say it was worth it. Max was negotiable with the estimates. Max arrived on time on the day of work, went over the plan for the day, and got on to it immediately. He had carried the necessary materials and tools when he arrived. The job was done in less than a day. The job was neat and I didnt have to worry about checking on him every now and then. He delivered what was agreed up, nothing more nothing less. Very professional and I would definitely hire him in the future if needed.

We contacted Expert Home Construction for building a Pergola/cover for our raised deck. Ours is not a straightforward rectangular deck; there is an angled wall on the side of the house. After talking to a few contractors (some of them had no idea what they were talking about), it was clear that Max had a clear plan and was able to put a design together in a couple of days. I loved Max’s responsiveness; he was very proactive and usually responded with a few minutes. That actually gave me confidence that his work and work ethics will be good as well. So we hired Max and the project was completed in roughly 2 weeks time. Result: mind blowing!! (pics below) and we love the outcome! Our deck looks classy now and we can’t wait to have our friends over! Max is truly passionate about his work, and is flexible and open to your ideas. He used top of the line materials and his work is thorough. I will easily hire Max again for another project!
