FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer makes contact indicating they are interested in completing a project, I like to meet with them to review their needs and make recommendations to help them complete their vision. I will then provide a quote and once we agree on the terms, I can start working on drawings and visualizations to help them understand exactly what it will look like. Most customers make changes one or two times before the plans are given the green light to proceed with permit drawings. I submit for permits and work with the jurisdictions to get the permits approved. Once approved, the project goes on the schedule for the work to commence.
