- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system. I offer various services ranging from one-on-one training to group and online or remote training. Depending on the type of service and the commitment form the client the price per session can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process would involve a free consultation in which we discuss their goals in depth. This will allow for the set-up of a realistic time-frame for achieving those results. Measurements and Body-fat % are done to allow us to set understand the starting point so that we can set a clear destination for our journey. A movement quality assessment will be done to understand the direction training will need to take in order to see the best results in the shortest time possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each 2 years we are required to recertification by doing Continuing education credits. While these are mandatory they are just the start of what I try to accomplish each year to further my education. I follow several coaches in each major category of fat loss, Performance and Corrective modalities. Finding new reading material and making a point to adapt my own methods as new techniques or science is being developed.
