To put it simply, Brian was awe inspiring. Within twenty minutes of speaking with him and I was able to figure out things about myself that I had been trying to figure out for almost a decade. Brian’s coaching has me more motivated than I can remember ever being in my life. He has provided clarity and a roadmap I will be able to use to navigate myself through times where I would normally be lost and waiting for direction. He speaks from the heart and it is extremely evident that he has tremendous passion in the coaching experience/journey for every person he encounters. This is only from having my initial meeting with him and am enthusiastic about what working with him on a continuous basis will look like.

The Shift has dramatically changed my perspective on life in general. It has taught me to think outside my box and improved how I show up to my relationships with friends and my partner. It has increased positivity in my life and decreased negative thinking about myself and others. My self esteem has greatly improved. It has been intellectually challenging with the reward of knowing myself better, understanding my actions and the actions of others, and increasing my ability to find a sense of peace within myself and in the world around me. The knowledge I have gained through this coaching will not ever be unlearned and has changed my thought process completely. If you're ready to challenge yourself to grow within yourself, I highly recommend highly recommend this coaching.

Brian is so skilled at getting me to work through any problems I’m dealing with. He gets me to see things clearly and I am constantly surprised at how his coaching calms my mind and opens it up at the same time. I like that he never tells me what or how I should think or feel. He just gives me the tools to reach my own conclusions. I truly feel much more confident and centered since training with him.

Brian puts a lot of work into understanding the person that he is working with. There is a lot of base focus on understanding goals, and then transitioning those goals into workable, trainable habits that the person he is working with can understand and accomplish. I've met with a couple trainers that struggled with my lack of gym knowledge, or their training stopped with gym exercises. Brian has been able to really work with me to build on the health and fitness goals that I have, and use his knowledge base to give solutions in areas that I am struggling; sometimes physical, but more often it's a mental stumbling block that I'm not able to work through. This is something that I have not been able to access with other trainers, and what I find especially unique and valuable to Brian. As a solo parent working outside the home during home school, and quarantine and everything EVERYONE has been going through this past little debacle--tapping into someone with Brian's skillset has been the best thing I could have done for myself. I feel educated and empowered after sessions to make changes that I've been wanting to make for a very long time, but didnt think I had the energy or time to devote to doing so. And I've been able to make those changes--which is a dramatic shift from previous patterns. I definitely look forward to continuing.
