The customer should know that we triple-check our quotes with other local businesses to make sure that our prices are highly competitive. We want them to get the best service for their money and we value their business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to make our contact information available to the customer and try to connect with them as quickly as possible. We understand that delays in providing the customer with a quote could worsen problems such as leaks and damage and we try hard to be available to them 24/7!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive training and experience in both commercial and residential roofing which is extremely helpful when taking on a wide variety of roofing projects.
