FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a four hour minimum charge per bartender. This includes one hour of setup time before the event. After that, the rate is hourly. *To secure our services, we ask our clients for a deposit of 50% of the projected bill. *If your event requires additional bartenders or servers, we ask that you accept our bid and furnish the deposit no later than three weeks before the event date to ensure proper staffing. *To simplify the process for our corporate clients who require a finalized invoice before the event date, a 20% gratuity per bartender and/or server will be added to the invoice. *A $50 service fee will be charged whenever additional insurance coverage is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would find a mutual time to chat over the phone. I would ask questions about your event and your expectations. We would then review your event plan and I would later call to confirm the event date and time within seven days of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of tending bar and working with people has given me a vast array of experience. And, I just try to research the latest trends and see what new and interesting ideas are out there. As with cooking, I've found that I can modify recipes to improve an already yummy drink to make it even better.
