Introduction
My focus is two fold. To facilitate a powerful experience in the moment, and to impart new tools, practices, and perspectives that will continue to benefit my clients when they leave the session. The best teacher I have ever had told me that his job was to make himself useless to me. I do my best to implement that spirit in my sessions.
Sigil Studio was recently incorporated in June of 2024, but I have been teaching and practitioning in one on one settings for over ten years and in group settings for 5 years.
Breath, energy, and curated thought, are the basic keys to a moment by moment transformative experience. You will leave our session having experienced this firsthand and better prepared to continue that experience.

Wow! I feel so much more enlightened as if there has been 100 lbs lifted off of me. Edward is the Truth! Amazing! Edward’s instruction and guidance throughout the process quickly and effectively allowed for me to simplify incorporating regular meditation back into my daily routine. Each session we’ve engaged in so far has given so much more meaningful insight through his calm & open demeanor. I originally sought his aid with efforts to secure better techniques for grounding & growing in self-identity/love & gained so much more!
