Initial Contact: Collect basic details from the customer. Pre-Consultation: Schedule and prepare for an on-site visit. On-Site Assessment: Inspect the property, discuss needs, and explore options. Proposal and Quote: Create and review a detailed proposal with costs. Agreement and Scheduling: Finalize the contract and schedule the work. Execution: Complete the work and keep the customer informed. Post-Completion Follow-Up: Inspect the work, provide documentation, and gather feedback. Ongoing Relationship: Check in periodically and offer future support.
