I have worked with this company three times in the last few months and I continue to be blown away. They are super good communicators, are punctual, professional, and above all else- integral. This last quality has been really hard to find in the home repair/maintenance sector, in my experience. One of the jobs threw a curveball, and the company took full responsibility, coordinated with me on compensation, communicated every step of the way without issue. The owner, even though sick, called me after the repair to make sure I was satisfied. Wow! I have not encountered this type of service in a very long time. I am a lifetime customer and cannot recommend this company enough. I had deleted Thumbtack and reinstalled it just to post a favorable review – that is how much I believe in this company.

Vitaly came with an electrician, Paul that he works with to install the AC. They were both very knowledgeable. He had the estimate done on site and sent me informative articles about AC units and explained it to me. He was very kind and awesome to work with!
