- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages and how my pricing is set up, the price per session gets cheaper with the more sessions you purchase. I also offer new client specials. For my online and remote training, I charge by the month and also offer new client specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a phone consultation to get an idea of where someone is at with their goals, experience and overall struggles they are having so I know how to best help them. Each client is different, and I like to learn about each of them so that I can give them what they are needing. If they are an in-person client, I use our first session to see where they are at with their fitness, so I know how to proceed. If they are an online client, I go through the same initial process and then create their nutrition plan and workout plan based on all of that information so that their plan is tailored to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied exercise science and nutrition at Portland state. I am certified through AAI/ISMA and NASM for personal training. I have been a trainer/ nutrition coach for 10 years now and have a ton of experience with not only a wide range of clients but also personal experience. I was a gymnast, dancer, cheerleader, and have done bodybuilding, CrossFit, and prenatal fitness.
