Vandals shattered my glass front door to my downstairs rental unit two nights ago when my Airbnb guests were away. Perhaps due to the noise of the shattering glass, the perpetrators did not enter the unit. Late that evening, the guests and I were able to rudimentarily patch the door. Early the next morning and being quite stressed, I began the search for someone to help me replace the door ASAP. Most fortunately, using Thumbtack.com, I found a handyman, Ruslan (aka Russell) of SuperiorFix who gave me a reasonable quote and could meet me at 1:15pm. Ruslan ended up being an excellent hire! He helped me pick up the door and frame at HD and then did an excellent and efficient job in its installation.
