- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to give a flat price for the whole project so you know exactly what to expect. This way, you don't have to worry about the clock ticking or surprise costs. My quote typically includes everything: materials, labor, and cleanup. I aim to be fair and transparent with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very simple. First, we chat about your idea (photos help a lot!). If you like my ballpark estimate, I’ll stop by to measure and meet you in person. Once we agree on the details, we schedule a start date. I try to do most of the cutting in my shop to keep your home clean, and then I handle the installation efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed General Contractor. I have years of hands-on experience in framing, carpentry, and renovation. I’ve focused my skills specifically on building custom entertainment centers and accent walls to ensure they are safe, sturdy, and look great.
