I can not say enough good things about Vlad with Elite Tile. He showed up on time, was friendly and personable, and was happy to address all my questions and concerns. He was efficient with both time and materials and left the work area clean when he was finished. Best of all, he transformed my kitchen with his beautiful tile work. It's better than I invisioned! He is a very skilled tradedman.

Details: Kitchen • Backsplash • 25 - 50 sq ft • Yes, I already have the tiles

After coming out of nightmare tiling experience with a contractor that lasted 8 long months we came across Elite Stone and Tile and we could not be happier with the result! He came in and during the estimation process told us everything he’d need to fix from the previous workers poor craftsmanship and an estimated timeline of 4-6 days. He did the entire bathroom: shower, walls, floor in 4 days. This guy works incredibly fast and efficiently AND maintains a very high quality of work. He kept the area clean, showed up on time everyday and worked HARD. He also consulted on a few things and even grouted a section of another shower for free, just to be helpful. But the most important thing of all is that he made our home feel whole again and that is something we are extremely grateful for.

Details: Bathroom • Wall • Floor • Tub or shower enclosure • 101 - 200 sq ft • Wood • Yes, I already have the tiles

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on each individual project and its complexity, which is usually based on labor & materials.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process of working with a new customer is speaking with them on the phone to setup a meeting time to meet in person, so we can go over the project details together in person. Then, I can write up an estimate/bid proposal of the project to email to the customer. Hopefully, soon after, we can agree on the the estimate/bid proposal and we schedule a time to meet to sign a contract with a deposit, so we can proceed forward with their project

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out as a Helper and over the year I got engaged so things shifted I decided to learn everything to know about tile /installation process And secrets so for 3-4 years of as a Apprentice after I left to travel Hawaii and other states doing all sorts of custom high end villas/custom houses-commercial you name it. Now been 12 years and I own my business I have a passion for my job I enjoy doing Tile-wood floors
