I hired this company to inspect a water leak in front of a rental property and asked if he could come on Monday. He mentioned that he was available to take a look Saturday evening so we scheduled him to come out. As soon as he arrived he insisted on being paid the 200 service call fee before he even took a look at the issue, which I thought was very aggressive, unprofessional and hasty considering he hadn’t even diagnosed the issue yet. He messaged me about 20 times, stressing me out asking where the access area for the crawl space was, it was right in front of the house. He was there for 2 hours and told me a sewer pipe was leaking. He requested payment which changed to 226 all of a sudden from 200. He said he would send a bid to fix the issue and didn’t. What did I pay for? For sometime to tell me I had a leak, avoid at all costs. He doesn’t seem to know what he is doing!!
