Tony helped identify the issue of my ssd and suggested fixes I can do to save the data. This saved my whole week of work! This is an error reported by Dell as “Hard disk functioning under abnormal parameters”, ID is 0150. This is the second time this has happened to this computer. And both times, the Dell tech support said the hard drive is completely dead and that my data is lost. Thankfully the warranty expired this time, so I was lucky enough to have asked Tony for help!
