- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge fees for Long drives. 50+ miles. and that's is split between us. I do offer discounts depending on length, and depth of job. And with the right circumstances my prices are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview beforehand if possible, to get familiar with eachother. Request lots of pictures, as to come as prepared as possible. And always show up on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2.5 Years of trade school, 14 years of residential maintenance, 6 years of customer service and interaction, 3 years of training and team coordination, 3 years of sales experience and customer relations, 2.5 years of industrial maintenance and last but not least 5 years of personal development and growth, I will always bring a smile and great attitude to any situation.
