Justin is professional, smart and works hard. This has been a great experience having Justin take care of the last things on my inspection list, not to mention the extremely cramped workspace and having to work lying down. Justin did a great job addressing some minor repairs in our rental unit. He was able to complete the job within a few days of contacting him. I especially appreciate the detailed notes he takes on the itemized receipts, making it very easy to communicate issues to previous tenants. He noticed additional issues that needed to be addressed but always checked in before adding on more work. We will definitely continue to work with him.
