- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a military discount for current or former military personnel. We work with multiple different manufacturers for materials and are able to find the perfect material within a customer's budget within reason. Our labor prices are very competitive within the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start off by performing a complimentary measure. An estimate will be emailed to the customer to view and approve approximately 5 business days from measure, depending on the size and details on the project. After an estimate is accepted by the customer, a 50% deposit is required for the estimate to be converted to an invoice and we will proceed with ordering any materials and scheduling the project for installation. Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers and office staff are trained and knowledgeable with working with multiple different shower systems along with working knowledge and understanding of industry and TCNA standards and guidelines.
