FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on time and materials.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As a customer, I always read through the reviews and view any images of past and recent work.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As a customer, everyone has different expectations on how fast a job should take, how a job should look when its complete, what the cost should be, and what is involved in getting the job done. As a customer, we see the before, visualize the after, and try to understand what's involved in getting the job done. Ask yourself if you understand that DIY videos are based upon a perfect scenario or have been edited to exclude any issues so to gain likes or to sell a product. Ask yourself if your budget for a particular job is realistic.
