Our rates are as follows: - 2 movers & 16 ft truck: $123/hr (suitable for studio/1 bedroom apartments) - 2 movers & 22 ft truck: $133/hr (ideal for 2-3 bedroom apartments) - 3 movers & 26 ft truck: $169/hr (recommended for 3+ bedrooms) We’re pleased to offer a 7% discount for cash payments! At People Movers, we believe in transparent pricing. Our charges commence upon arrival at your pickup location and conclude once you settle your bill, not when we return to our truck yard. Additionally, we charge a one-time flat rate fee for travel between our office and your pickup location, based on the respective zip codes. Our services include: * Furniture protection using moving blankets and complimentary plastic wrap + tape * TV unmounting * Mattress protection * Furniture disassembly and reassembly * Up to 5 wardrobe boxes for the duration of the move * Packing in boxes (please inform us in advance if needed) * Dollies and straps for safe transit and securing of your items With People Movers, there are NO HIDDEN fees or additional charges (e.g., truck, gas, stairs, long walks). We just moved and had a fantastic experience with People Movers. They were very careful with all of our stuff and even helped move in our new washer and dryer when the other delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to get the appliances upstairs. We’d highly recommend using their service, it’s worth every penny (which their pricing is very competitive to other moving companies)!

Great communication, and we got three personable and capable movers. They called ahead, showed up on time in the right sized truck with the right materials, clean and in good shape. We were only moving our large furniture about a mile, but they hustled non-stop and were done in 2 hours and 45 minutes, and we had a washer and dryer and an upright piano in the mix, with the appliances on the second floor. No unexpected damage to either property or our stuff (minor nicks and dings, but we move a lot, and you're going to have that with heavy, bulky items in tight spaces). We had things ready; washer bolts in, drawers out of dressers, cushions off the couch. They were careful with hardware and glass when they disassembled items and put everything back together before they left. We'd use these guys again.

They did a really good job with our move. The workers showed up on time, and went above and beyond with our last-minute requests. The got everything loaded on the truck in record time and delivered it to our new place. They then unloaded installed, and setup the furniture (including the bed) to our specifications. They really do a good job!
