- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1- we do NOT charge any surprise fees! If there’s any additional service that needs to be done or be given extra attention to, we’ll discuss it with our clients beforehand and if they agree to it, we proceed. We treat our clients with the same level of consideration and respect as we’d like others to do unto us. 2- Our goal is to attract customers who value and recognize the unique, differentiated, and personalized service that we guarantee and who understands the solutions and benefits that come with having such services. We are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive price in the market. Our prices are compatible with the superior quality & special service offered, and our clients choose us for providing such quality and not for having a cheap price/ low rate quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Cleaning involves dealing with chemicals, so like in any other profession, it involves studying about what to use, how to apply, what NOT to do, how to revert an unwanted effect, etc… When a “cleaner” doesn’t receive proper training, they may accidentally damage or stain things and those mistakes could be very costly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional Cleaning Certification & Home organizer. I’m also pursuing an Interior Design diploma at the New York Institute of Art & Design. Our business name, “Designer Cleaning Services”, refers to a cleaning done by design; in other words, a customized cleaning plan for each client.
