- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a minimum of 2 hours and It includes drive time. The time starts when I start heading to your appointment. I do not accept checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer makes contact I like to reach out and communicate with them on the phone to ensure I have a complete understanding of what the job entails. Then I like to lay out the expected cost and time required. I also like to communicate areas where things may cost more or potential issues that may arise so we can eliminate surprises. I want the customer to know that I will never take on a job that I am not capable of handling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of garage door experience, having installed several thousand doors. I am one of less than 200 people qualified to work on specific electro-mechanical equipment for document handling. I have experience with low voltage and 3-phase equipment. I did a complete remodel of my home which was built in 1890. I have overseen the maintenance and care of several hundred commercial and residential real estate units.
