My husband and I bought an old house that needed some work we didn’t anticipate before we could move in, which amounted to us having to take the master bedroom down to the studs. Once open, we knew needed some electrical work done to replace old knob and tube wiring and bad electrical sockets. Todd with Make It So Construction came over the next day and walked us through what the work would take. He bills by the hour and he assured us that he’s fast. Man was he right! (He finished a mountain of work in 1 day!) He is clearly an expert at his craft and answered any questions we had (even if it wasn’t related to the work he was doing) and offered to walk us through the work as he was going so we’d have more knowledge as home owners. I cannot recommend Todd enough, he was truly exceptional!

Todd was on time and neatly replaced an old power outlet and its box with a new Nema 14-50 outlet for EV charging. Hourly rate allowed us to take his help on a couple of other minor issues at the same time. Will hire him again.

Todd was wonderful! He was quick to respond and worked with my schedule to find a time that worked for me. I needed a bathroom vanity light replaced, and it took him less than an hour. He even touched up the paint after removing the old light for me! I will definitely be calling him for future projects.
