Good workmanship. Knows the trade and is willing to work with your unique needs. Extremely poor in keeping any time commitment. See an example exchange in photos. Project dragged for 2 months when it was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. I finally lost patience as the window to paint with enough dry days was closing out soon and hired another contractor to finish the painting work. Don’t get trapped as a time filler job on the side. Seek explicit written time commitment as part of signing up is my lesson learned from this experience.
