Went through Duration Roofing. Very prompt, professional, and responsive to our needs. Made a trip out her to tarp our roof until high winds calmed down and he could repair our roof leak. He did a beautiful repair with excellent material matching and pattern. Took pride in his work and excellent clean up. If, we need to re-roof his knowledge and pricing are the best. Good workmanship. Knows the trade and is willing to work with your unique needs. Extremely poor in keeping any time commitment. See an example exchange in photos. Project dragged for 2 months when it was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. I finally lost patience as the window to paint with enough dry days was closing out soon and hired another contractor to finish the painting work. Don’t get trapped as a time filler job on the side. Seek explicit written time commitment as part of signing up is my lesson learned from this experience.

I met with Eddie back the end of January to see about having him build a deck to replace the old one. By far, Eddie was the nicest and most respectful contractor I met with. I hired Eddie to start work May 21 and he did a wonderful job building my new deck with a mixture of trex and lumber. The deck looks fantastic and I’m hiring him to do more projects on my house. I highly recommend Eddie! Can’t wait to work with him again.
