We have an older home from the 1950s and originally hired another contractor to install our door. Unfortunately, that contractor ghosted us after taking measurements, leaving us in a tough spot. Thankfully, we found Ross, who remeasured everything and explained the complexities of working with an older home. He pointed out that the previous contractor had measured incorrectly, meaning we needed additional trim and wood, even though we had already purchased the door.
Ross handled everything professionally, ensuring he had the right materials before arriving on time for the installation. He installed two exterior doors beautifully, paying extra attention to insulation, caulking, and seams to prevent any cold drafts. His team cleaned up all the dust after installing as well.
His craftsmanship and thoroughness exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him!

Ross was the definition of professional. Very responsive and knowledgeable when it comes to door installation. He was quick to respond and give a clear estimate. His work was efficient and quality. He also believes in his work offering warranty for his work. I will definitely be having him do more work on the house in the near future.
We had a difficult install do to concrete walls and alignment issues but he worked diligently to install effectively.
