In my line of work, cost isn't the important factor. Most homes and business are insured for water damage.

Inspect the damage. Give customer information as to job scope and time needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in both Fire/Smoke and Water damage clean up. IRI (International Restoration Institute) in Mold Remediation.
