Picking an air duct cleaning company after renovation in our house was a chore. But this company stood out. Getting a quote was easy, their price was reasonable and the online reviews with pictures of clean equipments and how they protected the homes were helpful. I wasn't sure cleaning was necessary since our home is fairly new. But the amount of dust they removed made it all worth it. The team was great also. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions clearly and were very courteous throughout. Best of all, they worked efficiently and protected our new floors perfectly. If you're thinking about air duct cleaning, I highly recommend this company.

We hired this company to clean our home with 30+ vents (HVAC, dryer and bathroom vents). Two people showed up on time, did a great job with clear communication for each steps along the way. In addition to that, the staff really went above and beyond, they give me a quick overview about our HVAC system answered all the questions I had with patience and even helped me exchange my filters free of charge! (I bought the filters but have been letting it sit there for almost half a year, life is so busy that I never get a chance to do it) I’m grateful of the expertise and kindness the staff has shown the entire time! (Total cost is about $1000, not cheap but it’s within the reasonable range and definitely worth it)

The ac vents in our new house haven’t got cleaned in centuries. But after they did the whole house, the house smell like fresh. And the vent and furnace look spotless. (Wish I remembered to take a before photo.)l We had to reschedule our appointment 3 times due to other schedules. They are always very responsive and patient with our request. The crew is also very knowledgeable. They were able to explain to us clearly on how the whole cleaning works and give advice on future maintenance tips. I would definitely recommend west coast power to everyone who needs one!

All you need to do is give us a call and we can give you an accurate and affordable quote over the phone for residential services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss the services they are considering and provide an approximate estimate for the work. We, then establish a date and time for the work to be completed. We always provide a 24hr reminder before the appointment to make sure our customers are ready for the service.
