- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair for the market, I do not over charge, nor do I charge fees that you see when you are doing a loan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to know what is their reason for the appraisal so I can make sure they are asking for the right form, value and type of inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to do training and classes every two years. Along side that I am an active real estate agent that also does classes for our market every year for that as well.
