Jeff started out right by giving me a very thorough and thoughtful estimate clearly based on my specific request for roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss treatment. His bid was right in the middle of the range of bids I received. Jeff went above and beyond and trimmed several branches that were hanging on the roof. Both the roof of my main home and the guest house were seriously infested with moss and weeds growing in the gutters. Both cleaned up so well, look beautiful. I was also pleased that he used eco friendly products. He also did a good job cleaning up. I would not hesitate to recommend Centsible Services. I am beyond satisfied with the job!

Jeff was great! We hadn’t cleaned our roof for ages and my wife made it clear that I wasn’t to climb up there with a pressure washer and do it myself! After a quick search online, I got a quick reply from Jeff and approx a week later the job was done. The roof looks great and clean up afterwards was thorough. I’d definitely recommend Jeff for future jobs!!

Kid did a good job cleaning the roof. I'm having a roof repair company come out this week to fix all the ridge cap shingles that he broke in the process though. Can't wait to get THAT bill.

I am sorry about the shingles on your roof. They were already cracked and breaking before we started the cleaning process on those shingles. My employee sent me pictures and I had him discuss them with you as well. We offered to replace them for you as well but you declined to have those services done. I am glad that we were able to show you an issue that you had with your roof before the problem became worst.

Gutter cleaning and sweeping roof. Both jobs were done well and timely at reasonably. Some debris, however, was blown all over the hedge and in the plantings in the front of the house. I understand that cleanup was not part of the conversation, but others I have hired have collected and disposed of all their debris.
