My name is Mac and I offer personal training to individuals of all ages and abilities who are interested in improving their health and wellness through movement. Whether you're just getting started or are well versed in exercise, I will meet you where you're at to support your movement and health goals. I offer sessions in locations that work best for you - at home, the gym, or even a favorite park/community space.
I’ve been coaching since 2014, and much of my credentials are built on my firsthand sports involvement, exercise, and coaching experiences. In addition to my practical knowledge, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Western Washington University, as well as a certification in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This blend of experience and education allows me to offer a well-rounded, informed approach to coaching.
