So glad we found Servando! He listened carefully to our needs and did everything we asked, quickly and for a very fair price. Because we were so pleased with the work he did cleaning our neglected gutters, we hired him to do lawn cleanup, mowing and maintenance. Servando and his team helped trim multiple tress and even take out a tree and a few shrubs. Our arborvitae were also trimmed and look amazing!! They worked quickly, were professional, answered all of our new homeowner questions, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. They did such a great job that our neighbor requested they do his trees too! We're looking forward to using Servando for future projects (like painting our house next year)!

Servando and his crew have done stellar work for me after connecting with him on thumbtack. Three progressively more involved jobs: gutter cleaning; replacing a failed hose bib that continually leaked, and correcting improperly installed flagstone decking, with additional stones and EZ joint sand for flagstones. They work clean, provide before and after photos, and is super responsive! In short, if you are looking for “the guy” to get the job done, he’s the guy!

I had several services scheduled for a day and the whole crew arrived promptly at 9 in the morning. As each part of the work was completed (gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing all the walkways and anywhere algae had grown during the winter) the crew left until one man was still working on that pressure washing after 6 that evening! Then when Servando asked the next day if everything was done to our satisfaction we were so pleased to tell him how much we appreciated his attention to detail in the cleaning and his watchful eye so that nothing on our property was harmed. I would recommend him and his crew for any of this work....they are professional, nice and careful. Our place is so clean and rid of algae!
