Servando’s Landscaping Construction Services completed a concrete patio extension in my backyard. I chose an exposed aggregate finish with rebar and a drain connected to my existing French drain. Pricing for the project was fair and the final product looks great.

I had several services scheduled for a day and the whole crew arrived promptly at 9 in the morning. As each part of the work was completed (gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing all the walkways and anywhere algae had grown during the winter) the crew left until one man was still working on that pressure washing after 6 that evening! Then when Servando asked the next day if everything was done to our satisfaction we were so pleased to tell him how much we appreciated his attention to detail in the cleaning and his watchful eye so that nothing on our property was harmed. I would recommend him and his crew for any of this work....they are professional, nice and careful. Our place is so clean and rid of algae!

After having several frustrating yard service companies either do a poor job or not return calls, Servando and team were a breath of fresh air! He has been extremely professional and prompt in his replies. They did an amazing job and actually took the weeds out of the grass instead of just mowing over them. Highly recommend.
