FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes travel time, setup/cleanup, prep work requiredand all installation labor Its a service, and it should be worthwhile for both of us. I would consider discount, depends on a scale of a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am well aware that it can be unsettling to have a stranger coming into your house, so I am very sensitive of customers personal space and privacy. I am very intuitive about people, and know whether customers want to engage in conversation or not. I am fine with either. If it's a working environment, office, etc, I always try not to make unnecessary noise, such as using a drill or an electric screw driver. i try to make the customer feel comfortable I can remove old wallcovering, prepare the walls for new, and install newly selected wallcovering to refresh the existing. I have experience installing wallcovering offices, apartment buildings, hotels
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doing- is the best training. I am a strong believer of learning by doing. After every single job, there is always ONE thing I learn, what not to do next time, and that constantly improves quality of my work.
