Quick, the guy who did it talked way too much and the quality left nothing to be desired - the price wasn’t as agreed, the seams were visible and this- the window was not completely done, mainly I think l because he thought it wouldn’t be noticed? I had it redone by another professional.

The space on the window was communicated with you as we leave that space blank incase our clients want to place items there like candles, photos, etc. Bob had reviewed the install with you and you approved the job before parting ways.
