FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing may not always be what you're expecting, but we're always open to discussion. The cost varies depending on the type and amount of stains, as well as the material and fabric of the item. I'm confident we can always reach a mutual understanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Only about 40% of my customers can accurately describe their problem. Many do not know or misidentify the upholstery material, fabric, or type of stain. If you're willing to provide a more detailed description, photos of the stains and overall staining, a link to the sofa, mattress, or rug (like on Wayfair), or a photo of the furniture tag, I can provide a more accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've 4 years spent mastering the art of upholstery cleaning. I underwent intensive training in Ukraine and gained extensive experience. I am part of a community of professional cleaners where we regularly share experiences with each other.
